Torgerson Time

It has been so much fun having the Torgersons in town the past few weekends! It has also been great having Blake home for more than just a few days (we had two 11 day trips apart right in a row at the beginning of the season).
This weekend was the first home series. Friday got canceled because of weather, so Saturday was a double header. The weather turned out to be really nice! I can't wait until the Torgersons come back for the next home series! I am very attached to my in-laws if you can't tell (only a couple more months until we are back in California with both our families)!

Lucky the Leprechaun

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Man has today been fun/exhausting! After being sick in bed all week with strep throat today definitely took a toll on my body. However, it was worth it to see how excited my students were.

Last night "Lucky the Leprechaun" came and caused chaos in our classroom. He toilet papered, knocked over desk, tipped chairs funny ways, hung things from the ceiling, turned things upside down, stole items, etc. He even left a trail of footprints all over the class. The kids loved coming in this morning to see the classroom all messed up. Lucky even left a note saying that if they found his socks he lost in the class he would bring them a present later. Of course they found the socks and of course Lucky brought them a huge pot full of gold candy....It was a fun day!

Disneyland Round TWO!!!

Towards the end of my trip to California we went to Disneyland again! It was so much fun! We met Aunt Alice and Katie first thing in the morning and had a full day of Disneyland fun! It was raining in the morning, but cleared up and turned out to be a beautiful day. We took a nice lunch break to meet Cindy in Downtown Disney, which was a blast too! I just love spending time with my family!!!

We got in trouble for this picture...apparently it didn't quite turn out as we had planned. I was supposed to be poking my dad in the eye and the lady thought I was flipping off the camera. She was also worried that my dad was really choking my mom. She almost didn't sell us the picture.

America's Next Top Models

I had a sleepover with my nieces and sister-in-law when I was home a few weeks ago. It was a blast! The highlight of the night was the girls discovering my new camera in my purse. They insisted that I photograph them doing a modeling shoot. It was hilarious how these girls came up with different poses, props, and scenery throughout the house.

Classic comment of the night came from Brielle:
Me: "Dang girls where did you learn all of these poses and facials from?"
Brielle: "Our mommy taught us. She does them all the time."

Kim, it's nice to know that you are training your daughters well hahaha

Even Breaker joined in on the modeling fun...I think we have America's NExt Top Models on our hands here!!!

Disneyland Round One

I had so much fun going to Disneyland with my parents and sister when I was home! The weather was perfect and it wasn't too crowded. It was nice because we got there around 5 and stayed until 9, so it was really relaxing. I even got a pass, which makes me very happy!













We went to this yummy restaurant in New Orleans Square!
