ReplyDeleteSuper duper awesome!!! I love the pictures of your classroom. I can see the hours and hours of love that went into putting it together. The capes are a great idea to go with the superhero theme, it's such a big deal to the kids too. Some may not think so at that age, but they still love it!
ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean about each day getting better too. It's definitely hard (as a parent AND as a teacher). I wish Lizzie could have you for 2nd grade next year!!! I'm a little jealous of all your lucky students. ;)
Your classroom is adorable! The capes are fun too. I have a 7th grader, Jesse, who would love to wear one of those capes. I can't wait to tell him about it tomorrow. Middle schoolers are just elementary kids in bigger bodies! I'm glad things are settling down for you. It does get better and next year will be SO much better b/c you'll have a clue what to expect ;-)
