Catching Up

Sorry I have been such a bad blogger lately. Ever since school started things have just been so busy around here! We have been doing some fun things lately though.....

My parents were in town this weekend to celebrate my birthday. They even brought Daisy to celebrate too! I love having them in town (the only problem is I get so sad when they leave)! They took me shopping, we ate lots of yummy food, we went to Blake's alumni game, the boys went to the football game, we went for a walk up the canyon, and we got lots of errands done. They also came to our ward today to hear Blake and I speak (I was so nervous but it went really good and Blake of course did a GREAT job too).

Birthday Festivities- Thanks everybody for all of the birthday love! I got so spoiled with phone calls, cards, gifts, candy, and well wishes. It was a great birthday!!!!

On Labor Day weekend we went boating and rented jet skis. We had a blast!!

  1. I am officially the WORST sister in law EVER. I knew your birthday was in September... but I didn't ever find out when. I'm so sad about it!! BUT HAPPY LATE BIRTHDAY!! I'm so glad you've had such a great time with all your family in town (including Daisy!). Love you.

Ps. I love that dress you are wearing on your birthday!

  2. School does make everything so busy. Looks like you had a fun month though! Glad your birthday was such a blast and that you had family around to help you celebrate your birthday month. I usually just count the whole month as my birthday. :) Boating looks SO fun. I miss doing stuff like that. What lake were you at? Or is that the reservoir? And I forgot Chad was up here! We need to do a cousin dinner! I'll work on that. :)
